Tackling health inequalities

Health Lottery South West exists to tackle health inequalities across the South West. It raises money to help reduce health inequalities its region. It does this by running a society lottery and working collaboratively with independent charity, People's Health Trust, to develop local interventions.

We donate the good causes funds we raise to People's Health Trust, who invests these in communities wishing to make their neighbourhoods even better places to grow, live, work and age.

This grant making trust funds local people who have great ideas about how they can make their neighbourhoods even better places to grow, live, work and age.

The weekly choir is open to all local adults who need support with their wellbeing - the group will be inclusive for people with a disability, with mental health problems, and for those who feel they lack social confidence. The group will offer the chance to socialise and sing together.
